Pomegranate Molasses Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 3 tbsp Hirmas pomegranate molasses
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- Hirmas Sea Salt, black pepper, dried oregano
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken well.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is even better).
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Spread some pomegranate kernels and drizzle a little extra Hirmas pomegranate molasses on top before serving.
The molasses caramelizes beautifully in the oven, giving the chicken a glossy, flavorful finish.
