Pomegranate Molasses Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 3 tbsp Hirmas  pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Hirmas Sea Salt, black pepper, dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken well.
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is even better).
  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Spread some pomegranate kernels and drizzle a little extra Hirmas pomegranate molasses on top before serving.

The molasses caramelizes beautifully in the oven, giving the chicken a glossy, flavorful finish.
