  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@hirmasfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photo evidence so we can process a full refund or a replacement immediately.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it.
  • Missing Items: Please report any missing items within 48 hours for a prompt resolution.
